Report on Cowpeas - This report was taken from the Kansas State Board of Agriculture’s Seventeenth Biennial Report, Part I, printed circa 1907.  The information is old, but much of the research is relevant to us today.  This contains a great deal of valuable information about the benefits of cowpeas.
